The annual Nimble oil bottling is sourced from the freshest parcels of olives from the season. As the wine harvest finishes, the olive groves are nearly ready to be picked and pressed.
The 2024 bottling sold out in less than 2 weeks.
Sadly, we will all have to wait a full year until the 2025 olive oil is ready for bottling.
A pre-order function will be added to the Nimble website in late 2025. This is the only way to guarantee an allocation of this sought after annual release.
