Langhorne Creek's temperate climate is perfectly suited to the variety. The 2023 growing season yielded lively fruit flavours, soft tanning and balanced acidity. The fruit was crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate flavours. Early bottling with no barrel maturation ensured the delicious characters were preserved in the bottle.
At just 12%, this wine is light, bright and set for the warmer months ahead - if you can keep your hands off it till then.
