Aromatic and flavoursome Rose from the heart of McLaren Vale
Fresh fruits, subtle texture and a crisp, morish finish.
I worked with a fabulous grower/maker to put this wine together. A blend of primarily Grenache with a small amount of Graciano, this Rose was sourced from vineyards in McLaren Vale.
The warm 2025 season produced vibrant flavours and resulted in an early harvest. Picked in the early morning, the grapes were crushed and left on skins for a brief time to extract a pretty pink hue. Both parcels were fermented separately before blending.
Early bottling captured the vibrant flavours and freshness.
There's wild strawberries, hints of turkish delight and a crisp, light acidity to the palate.
