The annual Nimble oil bottling is sourced from the freshest parcels of olives from the season. As the wine harvest finishes, the olive groves are nearly ready to be picked and pressed.
The 2024 bottling sold out in less than 2 weeks. Pre-Order now to ensure your annual allocation of this sought after release.
The 2025 olive harvest will commence in May and conclude in early July. I will then select the finest parcels of oil from the freshly pressed olives. Blending and bottling occurs straight away, ensuring the fresh and vibrant flavours are captured in the new season oil.
